Job Title: Contract Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Architect to join our team at Alfred Recruitment LLP. As a Contract Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects from initial concept to completion, managing project teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with these plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure that projects are delivered to meet these needs.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in architecture (Part 3)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of construction principles and UK residential planning regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
