Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the in-branch Estate Agency team to maximise business opportunities
- Proactively contact customers and leads to generate business
- Utilise bespoke digital marketing materials to post online and attract new customers
- Participate in dedicated training and coaching to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the company's growth and success by building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
- Experience in providing mortgage and protection advice
- Competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped commission scheme with OTE of £40,000 - £60,000+
- Guaranteed monthly payments for up to 6 months
- Company car or £250pm car allowance
- 24/7 employee assistance programme
- Branch based role with flexible working hours
