About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Edinburgh Carlton. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Front Desk Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the front desk team, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and set the standard for the team to follow.
