A permanent, full-time position is available for a Senior Legal Secretary / Office Manager at Nelson Bridges. The successful candidate will be accountable for managing and training support staff, overseeing staff performance, and upskilling the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Managing Partner and Fee Earners/Solicitors in a growing, established law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a law firm and possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and train support staff to ensure high-quality work delivery
- Oversee staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- Upskill and develop the support team to meet the firm's needs
- Work closely with the Managing Partner and Fee Earners/Solicitors to achieve firm objectives
