Job Title: AI Software Developer

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Software Developer to join our Innovation Lab team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the software development of Generative AI solutions and driving innovation and excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and actively contribute to the development and delivery of generative AI solutions.
  • Research and develop state-of-the-art generative AI techniques and software development.
  • Monitor ongoing research efforts and stay up-to-date with emerging trends in the field.
  • Ensure AI models, APIs, and websites are successfully deployed into production environments, meeting high-quality standards and performance benchmarks.
  • Execute the strategy for generative AI research and development, aligning it with the bank's overarching goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams to integrate AI technologies into products and services.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of generative AI models, conducting rigorous testing and evaluation.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to drive the adoption of generative AI and Large Language Models, identifying opportunities for innovation and value creation.
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of Python, Java, and major software libraries and frameworks.
  • Extensive experience in software development, delivering complex solutions to production.
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple programming languages, testing frameworks, and Agile software development.
  • Experience in high tech or financial industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
