You will work closely with our agile squads to deliver Customer experience (CX) improvements and ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product development and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Create user stories and features with the squad to ensure that everyone understands what needs to be delivered and how to do it right and fast.
- Make informed decisions about product prioritization, using a value-based approach to ensure that we deliver the most value to our customers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a digital environment.
- Strong understanding of digital CX best practices and ability to apply them in a product development context.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
