Employment Associate - Top 50 Firm

CapeClarke is seeking a talented Employment Associate to join their thriving team. You will get to work across various sectors including Education, Healthcare, retail and many more.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on all aspects of Employment law, including Discrimination, TUPE, and Employment Disputes.
  • Consulting clients on Employment Tribunals and complex litigation cases.
  • Engaging in business development to expand the firm's client portfolio.
  • Drafting and advising on Employment contracts.
  • Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

We want to hear from you if:

  • You are a qualified Solicitor with 1+ years' PQE in general employment law.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • A client-focused approach with a proven track record in delivering results.
