About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Adepto Technical Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a construction or project management environment.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
