Job Summary

We are seeking a Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will support our Catering Manager in delivering fantastic customer service, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support our Catering Manager in ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and food safety standards.
  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and customer areas.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and food safety standards.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
