We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Caretaker to join our Estate Services team in Weston Super Mare. As a Mobile Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in communal areas and removing bulk rubbish and fly tipping across a number of sites in Somerset.

• Clean sheltered schemes and general needs property communal areas to a high standard
• Remove bulk rubbish and fly tipping
• Work with customers to identify faults, resolve issues, and improve services
• Complete all documents and paperwork concerning tasks completed
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and ensure they are suitable for required tasks
• Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations

• Experience in a similar role of cleaning/caretaking within estate services
• BICS training preferred but not essential
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
• Practical experience in operating hand tools and gardening machinery
• Good communication and customer care skills
• Experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
• A full valid UK driving licence
