About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Account Manager to join our Consumer Healthcare sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing activation strategies to maximize our sales and visibility on Amazon.

Working closely with our Consumer Healthcare marketing colleagues, you will ensure our eCommerce platforms align with our broader marketing activity and brand objectives. This role will be central to achieving our business objectives, and as part of the remuneration package, a sales performance bonus will enable you to be rewarded for your successful results.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Manage the external Agency team responsible for campaign execution as well as the relationship with Amazon Ads team.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign and budget performance data, adjusting strategies to improve results and improve account profitability.
  • Collaborate with the brand teams to create compelling ad copy and product images.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Support the overall e-commerce strategy and contribute to cross-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and activate quarterly learning agenda to ensure continuous test and learn that will advance capabilities, improve customer experience, and drive sell-through.
