Senior Project Analyst - 39843

£31.26/hr umbrella rate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Analyst to join our collaborative company in Warwickshire. As a key member of the Supply Chain Operations Development team, you will play a fundamental role in the digital transformation of our operations, delivering products and services that drive competitive advantage and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Requirements gathering and analysis to identify improvement opportunities and project scope.
  2. Project prioritisation and maintenance of a catalogue of functional projects, ensuring they are prioritised for delivery based on latest data.
  3. Development of a roadmap for the Operations & Logistics digital transformation, identifying and developing talent within the function.
  4. Day-to-day project management, including running workshops with operational and technical stakeholders.
  5. Translation of business requirements into technical solutions, working with the Digital team on delivery.
  6. End-to-end implementation of data analytics and digital tools within Logistics Operations, using data to deliver business improvements.
Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience in using SQL, Python, or Data Visualisation Platforms (Tableau, Power BI etc).Hands-on experience of completing complex data analysis to inform business decisions.Experience working as a business analyst/project engineer in the Supply Chain/Logistics sector.Working knowledge and experience of Logistics systems, including MRP/ERP, warehouse management, data management, and simulation.Understanding of automotive or other supply chains and material flow principles.Experience in use of lean and agile business improvement.Ability to conduct detailed business process mapping/analysis and identify improvement opportunities, supported by data.Experience of working with complex databases and confident working with disparate data sources (structured and unstructured).Track record of performing structured analysis of data and presenting outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will receive an excellent contract per-hour rate of £31.26.

This position is confirmed Inside IR35.

Hybrid working: Minimum 2/3 days per week in office.
