**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Support Change Manager to join our CX Compliance Quality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing change initiatives across CX compliance programs, providing oversight on operational launches and changes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of changes
  • Design the Change Management Framework
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end cycle of changes covering CX Financial Crime Compliance programs (TMS, Consumer EDD and Screening)
  • Complete Impact Assessments of changes, analyzing the change driver, risks, resourcing, technology and training requirements
  • Perform gap analysis to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Present support readiness solutions balancing resourcing, compliance and customer experience needs
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify process revisions as needed
  • Ensure comprehensive change communications and activity monitoring/coordination

**Requirements**

  • 7+ years of experience in financial crime compliance related roles
  • Significant experience in process improvement and/or change management
  • Proven track record in delivering Regulatory & Compliance projects in complex financial services environments
  • Strong knowledge of AML regulatory requirements in the US and Internationally
  • Financial Crime Related Qualification (such as ACAMS or ICA)
  • Qualifications in change management
  • Experience working in a regulated financial institute
  • Understanding of Crypto, Payments and/or Financial Services
