Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Search. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the day-to-day security operations at our site, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our residents and visitors.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor CCTV cameras, particularly in high-traffic areas and access points, to ensure the security and safety of our site.
- Manage resident and visitor access, ensuring that only authorized individuals are granted access to the site.
- Sound alarms or contact authorities in emergency situations, such as fires or intrusions.
- Direct traffic and control the movement of people, ensuring that the site remains secure and safe.
- Complete reports and record surveillance activities, providing valuable insights into site security.
- Follow all security protocols, tasks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the highest level of security.
- Manage, log, and process residential parcels, monitoring for suspicious packages as per the SOP.
- Investigate any signs of intrusion or risk, taking prompt action to mitigate any potential threats.
- Manage vehicle booking processes and loading bay usage, ensuring that vehicles are parked and unloaded efficiently.
- Direct drivers politely and ensure they follow unloading time limits, minimizing congestion and delays.
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs, maintaining a courteous and informative approach.
- Control vehicle and personnel entry, recording their movements as required by the relevant SOP.
