An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a dynamic organization in a temporary capacity.

This role is fast-paced and involves a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews while collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Sending confirmation notifications to both managers and candidates.
  • Tracking Conditional Offers and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
  • Managing communications with Occupational Health regarding candidate statuses and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Overseeing security clearance processes and requesting start dates for new hires.
  • Following up with candidates to obtain any missing information.
  • Updating SAP with pension-related information.
  • Maintaining payroll records, including bonus payments when applicable.
  • Data entry and management tasks.
  • Communicating any process changes to the Onboarding Team for implementation.
  • Updating holiday records for all employees on their start date.
  • Assisting with the administrative processes for employee departures to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Providing confirmation to departing employees and their managers.
  • Notifying relevant departments about upcoming employee exits.
  • Regularly liaising with the Resourcing Administration team to identify and implement process improvements, particularly focusing on cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring that all HR database information is consistently updated with any changes.
  • Supporting the HR Admin Team Leader as needed.
  • Coordinating and organizing psychometric assessments as required.
  • Prioritizing and managing workload effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Investigating and resolving issues, queries, and concerns, and presenting findings with recommendations.
  • Performing any additional administrative tasks as required.
  • Handling reference checks in accordance with GDPR regulations.
  • Processing inquiries received through the resourcing inbox.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment administration within a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage personal workload effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and patience in addressing HR inquiries.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with experience in SAP and recruitment systems being advantageous.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
  • Resilience, diplomacy, and determination are essential attributes for this role.

Compensation: The organization offers a competitive salary in the range of £28,000 to £32,000, commensurate with experience.
