Job Title: Supply Teacher

Protocol Education is seeking a qualified and experienced Supply Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis.

Job Type:

This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.

£130 - £150 Per day

Job Duties:
  • Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Follow the lesson plans provided by the school and ensure a productive learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure all students are actively engaged in the learning process
  • Provide feedback to the regular teacher on student progress and behaviour
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure continuity in the educational process
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Experience in teaching or working with children
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Previous experience in a teaching role is preferred

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments
  • Passion for educating and supporting students
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience working as a supply teacher
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a school setting with varying classroom environments
  • Interact with students, school staff, and parents on a daily basis
  • Adhere to the school's policies and procedures
  • Potential for travel to different schools within the area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
