Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our client's expanding Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will possess solid estimating experience within the civils sector and be able to manage multiple contracts, take off and build-up of rates, procure subcontractors, and secure new work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the measurement of multiple contracts
  • Take off and build-up of rates

  • Work closely with senior managers and directors to achieve continued growth

Requirements

  • Solid estimating experience within the civil engineering/groundworks sector
  • Experience and contacts with tier 1 contractors and local authorities
  • Good knowledge of construction working methods, contracts, and subcontract arrangements
  • Numerate and a clear communicator
  • Team player with a full UK driving license
