Job Title: Production Operative - Witney

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at our Witney site. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and monitor machines, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Use Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to monitor key parameters and ensure efficient operation.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless changes and efficient operation.
  • Complete written and electronic reports to document production activities.
  • Transfer materials to and from the cleanroom, adhering to good manufacturing practices.
  • Perform routine clerical activities and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing experience, with a strong understanding of good manufacturing practices.
  • Proficient IT skills and ability to use HMIs.
  • Secondary education and basic math and recording abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and cleanroom experience preferred.
