About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter and Joiner to join our team at Home Group Limited. As a key member of our repairs and maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality maintenance work across our properties in the North Lakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out high-quality, right-first-time maintenance work across our properties.
  • Work alongside a brilliant team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Complete allocated jobs to a high standard, using a whole-job repair approach.
  • Deliver high-quality and compliant work, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Multi-skill to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes.
Requirements
  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in carpentry, joinery, or equivalent.
  • Experience in all aspects of joinery work within a maintenance environment, including glazing and working with UPVC windows and doors.
  • Experience in other building trade areas (multi-skilled).
  • A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgment.
  • A full current UK driving license is essential, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
