Job Title: Estates Surveyor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Estates Surveyor to join our team at Essential Employment Ltd. As an Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our properties, ensuring they are in good condition and meeting our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to inspect properties and identify any maintenance or repair needs
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Collaborate with our facilities team to ensure properties are safe and secure
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of our property assets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Estates Surveyor or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of property management and maintenance principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
