Job Description
We're looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Unbox tribe. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for efficiently managing your department, ensuring business and departmental targets are met. You'll also be responsible for creating a positive and motivated team ethos, managing levels of absenteeism, training requirements, and labour plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of production staff
- Ensure efficient production processes and optimize efficiencies
- Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure quality and hygiene standards are maintained
- Manage department budget and promote behaviours that align with Gousto's ownership principles
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role with management/supervisory experience of a large shift
- Experience in food production/FMCG fulfillment
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
