Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Optical Assistant to join our team at Inspired Selections. As an Optical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our optical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the dispensing of glasses and contact lenses to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all patients
  • Work collaboratively with the optometrist and other team members to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the optical industry
  • Contribute to the overall success of the practice by participating in team-building activities and adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in an opticians
  • Ability to dispense to all levels
  • Flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week, including a weekend day
