Senior Driver Trainer/Instructor

Cast UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Driver Trainer/Instructor to join their team. As a key member of the Driver Training function, you will be responsible for delivering ADR and Driver CPC training to a national workforce of drivers.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver customized training modules to address complex operational challenges.
- Facilitate incident analysis workshops to enhance proactive risk management and improve driver safety.
- Mentor and develop future trainers to expand the training team's expertise and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide on-the-road coaching to reinforce safe driving behaviors and promote a culture of safety.
- Proven experience delivering mandatory DVSA/SQA driver, CPC, and ADR training.
- Valid ADR Training Certificate 2, 3, 8, refreshed every 5 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with regards to managing training documentation and records.
