About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team at Claims Recruitment Services. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for providing technical claims handling for a portfolio of Specialty Claims within agreed authority levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prompt and Accurate Claims Handling: Handle claims within authority and seek necessary approval from the Line Manager for handling claims above authority.
  • Claims Data Management: Maintain accurate data, regularly review outstanding claims, and maintain up-to-date claims records.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the Line Manager and assist with Reinsurance recoveries.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Requirements
  • Claims Experience: Experience of adjusting FinPro and/or Marine & Energy claims independently within your own authority level.
  • Specialty Claims Knowledge: Strong claims knowledge of either Lloyd's and/or Company markets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with internal and external individuals.
