We are seeking a dedicated and patient Support Worker to provide one-to-one support to a 14-year-old boy with ADHD and learning difficulties in the Leeds area.

About the Role:

  • Provide support and companionship to the young person during school hours and weekends.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as going bowling, to the cinema, and going out on his bike.
  • Help the young person develop social skills and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the family to ensure the young person's needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with neurodiverse children is desirable.
  • Ability to provide patient and calm support.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
