Are you a skilled Automotive Technician or similar with an NVQ Level 3 or higher?

This is a unique opportunity to engage in some of the most significant and confidential projects within the Ministry of Defence and contribute to global security efforts.

This role provides the opportunity for funded qualifications to enhance your career, with potential progression to supervisory or assessor positions, and the flexibility to work a 4-day week if desired.


As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, diagnosing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, including working with complex hydraulic and electrical systems.

Additionally, you will conduct inspections and assessments of vehicles and equipment, manage material requirements, and complete documentation and test reports in accordance with current standards.


Key Responsibilities:
- Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance of vehicles and electrical systems, including diagnostic and inspection tasks.
- Comply with customer specifications, regulations, and technical standards, ensuring proper use of tools and equipment.
- Diagnose, evaluate, and document the status of vehicles and equipment, manage material demands, and complete test reports in line with standards.


Candidate Profile:
- Aspiring Automotive Technician
- NVQ Level 3 Qualification or equivalent experience

Optional Shift Patterns:
- Monday to Thursday - 6:45am - 5:30pm.
- Monday to Thursday - 8:00am - 4:30pm & Friday 8:00am to 1:00pm.
(Overtime compensated at 1.5x, Sunday at 2x)
