Role Overview:
As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in our culinary team, contributing to the preparation of meals for various dining options including the Bar, Room Service, Bistro, and Afternoon Tea.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Assist in inventory management and stock takes.
- Support compliance with Health and Safety regulations and Food Safety standards.
- Contribute to the development of new menu items.
- Maintain a professional and supportive atmosphere within the kitchen.
- Adhere to HACCP guidelines and food quality standards.
Candidate Profile:
We seek passionate and driven culinary professionals who value teamwork and exceptional food quality. Our ideal candidates are forward-thinking individuals who understand that their contributions significantly impact guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a hotel or bistro/brasserie setting.

- Knowledge of Southwestern European cuisine (Italian, Spanish, or French) alongside British cuisine.
