Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Our client, a leading provider of building services engineering design and energy reduction strategies, is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their East Croydon office on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of the design team, you will oversee junior staff, undertake engineering designs, and provide project management and administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee junior staff and provide guidance on electrical design and project management
  • Undertake engineering designs and provide project management and administration duties
  • Monitor design team costs and ensure projects are delivered within budget and timeframe
  • Undertake fee assessments and provide fee bids for projects as directed

Requirements:

  • Strong electrical design and project management skills
  • Experience in managing design teams and providing electrical engineering support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £40,000 - 70,000 DOE
  • Petrol and expenses paid
  • 25 days holiday
  • Working hours: 8:30 - 5:30, 37.5 hours

Location: East Croydon office with site visits as required
