We are seeking a skilled Casualty Solicitor to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our Casualty Fraud Team, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of predominantly fast-track claims, with a focus on fraud identification and investigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, opponents, and witnesses to manage cases effectively
  • Undertake liability investigations and gather evidence to support claims
  • Work closely with our specialist team to identify and investigate potential fraud
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and case files
  • Meet financial and chargeable targets, while ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality measures
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with a genuine interest in casualty law and fraud investigation
  • Experience in handling defendant EL/PL casualty claims, with a focus on fraud
  • 4+ years of PQE, with a strong understanding of PL, EL, Highways, and Housing Law
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
