• Removal, replacement, or installation of flag work
• Minor groundwork tasks
• Repair, renewal, or installation of roofing trusses
• Maintenance and renewal of ceiling and floor joists
• Repair and renewal of doors and door frames
• Proficiency in multiple construction trades

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a recognized apprenticeship and relevant qualifications
• Proven experience as a Versatile Carpenter
• Skilled in Joinery and potentially Plastering
• Background in a social housing setting
• Valid driving license
• Possession of a CSCS card and personal tools
