We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our River Health Team at Severn Trent Water. As a key player in our team, you will work alongside Programme and Project Managers to ensure the smooth operation of our Spills Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting Coordination: Record detailed minutes at Comm Cells, Programme Boards, and project meetings, ensuring all risks, issues, actions, and dependencies are accurately documented and followed up.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain detailed project notes and records, ensuring Teams Channels are properly utilized and consistently updated with the latest information. Organize and archive project documentation systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and reference.
  • Resource Management: Monitor resources across the programme to ensure adequate coverage and support for all activities. Manage permissions and access requests to Solutions Tracker and other databases, ensuring data security and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Communication: Keep the team updated with current information, such as design documentation and commissioning plans, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned. Act as the primary point of contact for Spills site/asset change requests, facilitating clear and effective communication between stakeholders.
Requirements

You should have a solid background in project coordination or management, with proven experience in overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Your expertise in data analysis and presentation, particularly Power BI, will enable you to interpret complex data sets, spot quality issues, and manage stakeholders to correct. Additionally, you should be skilled in performance reporting, capable of creating detailed reports that highlight key metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and other relevant software is essential for efficient workflow management. A drive to innovate and deliver high-quality results is essential, as is a strong commitment to continuous improvement, always looking for ways to optimize performance and efficiency.
