Job Title: Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing cover for teachers in a variety of educational settings, including primary schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide cover for teachers in primary schools, ensuring that lessons are delivered to a high standard and that students receive a supportive and engaging learning environment.
  • Work with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans, ensuring that they are aligned with the school's curriculum and teaching strategies.
  • Support students with their learning, providing individualized attention and guidance as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure that students receive the support they need.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting the well-being and achievement of all students.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in an educational setting, preferably in a primary school.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Ability to develop and implement lesson plans, ensuring that they are aligned with the school's curriculum and teaching strategies.
  • Knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
