Teaching Opportunity in Health and Social Care

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across BTEC Health and Social Care Levels 1, 2, and 3.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons to students aged 16-19.
  • Plan and prepare course materials in line with current industry standards and practices.
  • Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to students.
  • Participate in curriculum development activities and staff meetings.
Requirements:
  • NVQ in Health & Social Care or current/recent clinical experience in the health/social care sector.
  • Experience in teaching or training.
  • Commitment to obtaining a Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector, if not already held (support provided).
