About the Programme
We are seeking talented individuals to join our 2024 State Street Global Delivery Middle Office Rotation programme. This exciting opportunity will provide you with a broad and diverse experience, giving you the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in various roles within the GDMO business area.
What You Will Be Doing
As a programme associate, you will be responsible for supporting global post trade flow, confirmation, and settlement for securities, FX, and cash products. You will also be involved in being aware of market and industry developments, IBOR & platform accuracy, middle office oversight, and account services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support global post trade flow, confirmation, and settlement for securities, FX, and cash products.
- Be aware of market and industry developments.
- IBOR & platform accuracy.
- Middle office oversight (reconciliation, corporate actions, change events).
- Account services, fund launches, closures, market opening.
- Net Asset Value reporting.
- Daily Investment Performance interactions.
- Benchmark and reasonability checking.
- Client & third-party communications.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with a strong analytical mind-set, attention to detail, and ability to work to tight timelines. You should have great communication skills, be flexible, and a team-player. High levels of energy, dynamism, and commitment are essential. Desired skills and experience include a 2.1 degree in any subject, 1-2 years' experience in any finance-related field, and strong Excel skills.
