Electrical and Mechanical Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to join our facilities management team at Arcus FM. As an M&E Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work on a range of mechanical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out emergency light testing and fire alarm maintenance
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
  • Conduct site visits to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Work autonomously to deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
  • Full valid UK driver's license
  • 2391 testing inspection certification
  • Experience with HVAC systems and mechanical tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
