Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Leadership
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
    • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and the board

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, the board, and external partners

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CA qualified accountant with substantial PQE experience
  • Experience
    • Proven finance leadership experience in a fast-paced PLC or matrix structure business
    • Strong track record of delivering financial results and driving business growth
  • Skills
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience of developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and managing a team of finance professionals
