Nursery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Blom and Blom.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursery management, with a minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent leadership and management skills, as well as a thorough understanding of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and EYFS framework.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
