We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our team of designers and fitters in delivering exceptional bespoke kitchen installations to our luxury clientele.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the installation process from sales and design to completion, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
- Manage site surveys and installation schedules, maintaining accurate records and information.
- Liaise with sales/design teams, suppliers, fitters, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits for surveys and progress checking, with fuel costs covered by the company.
- Ensure all remedial work is completed promptly to meet customer expectations.
- Proven experience in project management, with knowledge of kitchen design and installation.
- Practical hands-on experience in kitchen fitting and team leading.
- Full clean UK driver's license.
