Job Title: Academic Governance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Governance Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing governance support to our board committees and ensuring the smooth functioning of our governance processes.

About the Role

The Academic Governance Manager will work closely with our Governance Lead and the Governance Team to provide governance and company secretarial support to our board committees. This will include:

  • Providing governance work to our Audit and Risk Committee, Nominations and Governance Committee, and the People and Remuneration Committee.
  • Helping to manage our governance processes effectively to ensure the smooth functioning of governance bodies.
  • Looking after our corporate governance and company secretarial tasks as required.
Our Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a good level of governance and company secretarial knowledge, experience as part of an effective governance function, and experience with Diligent Boards portal software. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
