**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a background in landscaping and a strong understanding of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Contracts Managers and operations support staff to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee day-to-day operational running of the company, including labour spending and allocation.
- Manage projects according to budgets and targets as required by the business.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and lead with a safety-first approach to manage risk.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the operations team.
- Ensure relationships with supply partners are maintained.
