Learning Assistant Level 2 + SEN

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Learning Assistant to join our dynamic team at Mill Green School. As a Learning Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our young people with complex needs to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Support learners academically and socially, in and out of the classroom
- Support young people with communication difficulties, severe learning difficulties, and complex health needs
- Assist our learners with community and work-based learning
- Support our learners to develop key life skills, including meal preparation, money skills, self-care, housekeeping, laundry, food shopping, and personal safety
- A comprehensive induction programme to ensure a smooth transition into your role
- A programme of continued professional development, including coaching, mentoring, and access to online training courses
- An Employee Assistance Programme to support you in and out of school
