Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Reading. As a Private Client Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance for your own client portfolio, collaborating with Partners, and contributing to the training and development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients on matters related to income tax, inheritance tax, and capital gains tax.
- Support Partners in delivering advisory services to clients.
- Prepare for and participate in meetings with clients to discuss tax-related matters.
- Review self-assessment tax returns generated by team members.
Requirements
- CTA qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal tax.
- Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
