We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Site Agent to oversee an upcoming project for one of our long-standing clients.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  2. Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on site, including subcontractors, suppliers, and staff.
  3. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  4. Manage site documentation, including reports, schedules, and project plans.
  5. Liaise with the project manager, clients, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  6. Track project progress and report on milestones, risks, and any potential delays.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Construction Site Agent or similar role in the construction industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  3. Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and risk management.
  4. Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools.
  5. A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
