Job Description

Role Summary

Craft Prospect is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, integrating, and testing electronic systems for various small satellite payloads and missions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver electronic systems, including hardware and software components
  • Integrate and debug electronic systems into complex payloads using laboratory equipment
  • Select suitable electronic components for space applications
  • Perform electronics testing for the space environment
  • Manage small-scale production runs with local supply chains
  • Rapidly prototype solutions to support agile development projects
  • Support and maintain the lifecycle of electronic systems

Requirements

  • Experience designing analogue and digital circuits
  • Ability to use common electronic test and manufacturing tools
  • Experience with production of electronics for space or similar high-reliability applications
  • Experience with environmental testing for space
  • Experience with simulation software for PCB and board stack-up
