Job Summary
As a Block Manager with Pear Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client's estate and letting agency in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely rent collection and maintenance of high standards.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize rental income.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless service for clients.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000+ commission, with an OTE of £40,000-£45,000.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days from 08:45am-5:15pm and 2 days from 08:45am-6pm (rota).
- Driver with car parking provided.
