Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of private client matters, including wills, administration of estates, and court of protection matters.
  • Provide expert advice on inheritance tax issues and draft trust documents.
  • Manage elderly clients' financial affairs and provide ongoing support.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices in private client law.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years' PQE in private client law.
  • Experience in handling complex private client matters, including wills, administration of estates, and court of protection matters.
  • Excellent client care skills and ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language.
  • Empathetic approach and ability to work with elderly clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
