Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixology Expert to join our team at Novotel London West. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and delivering an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and make recommendations from our extensive drinks list.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that anticipates individual guest needs and exceeds their expectations.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure that all orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and tidy bar area at all times, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Proven commercial acumen through previous roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
