Revenue Controller

Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Controller to join our client's team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely billing and collection of revenue from clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet with partners and matter managers to review and discuss WIP and AR balances, documenting outcomes and following up on agreed actions.
- Draft and engross invoices, ensuring compliance with firm policy and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly review WIP balances to ensure timely billing and collection.
- Review aged A/R balances, preparing and agreeing action plans for timely collection.
- Assist with collections of all accounts receivable for designated partners.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly cash collection and billing forecasts for agreed partners.
- Support the firm's key client program by acting as a central point of contact for billing and collection matters.
- Liaise with other EMEA office finance teams to support revenue and credit control across the region.
- Experience in using Elite, 3E, Aderant, or similar PMS systems.
- Minimum of A Levels or equivalent education essential.
- Relevant and in-depth revenue control and collections experience (a minimum of 3 years).
- Law Firm experience is desired but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
- Knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules and VAT.
