About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Sales Assistant in Corby. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our charity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, providing a personalized shopping experience and promoting our charity's mission
  • Organize and merchandise donated stock creatively to maximize sales potential
  • Collaborate with our E-Commerce team to drive online sales and growth
  • As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for leading the store team and ensuring seamless operations during manager absences

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to our charity's mission
  • Previous retail experience is not essential, but a positive attitude, energy, and ability to work well in a team environment are essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure and on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Positive, creative, and confident with a focus on customer service and sustainability
