We are seeking an experienced Engineering Contract Manager to join our team at Invictus Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the profitable and operational management of a Pharmaceutical contract, ensuring delivery of business and contract objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account management plans, operational programmes, and PPM Planners to meet contract requirements.
- Lead a cohesive, cost-effective team to deliver contract services, ensuring satisfactory quality levels and timely completion of projects.
- Monitor and report on physical and financial progress, using key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client expectations, managing staff to operate to company standards and processes.
- Identify training needs and implement CPD to enhance team performance.
- Manage appraisals and succession planning for staff, ensuring effective delegation of tasks.
- Implement and manage a robust reporting and review process to provide visibility of issues, risks, and performance.
- Provide regular reports on contract performance and key issues affecting service delivery.
Requirements:
- Sound technical knowledge of facilities and building services.
- Demonstrated contract management capability and proactive attitude.
- Excellent computer/IT skills and proven knowledge of CAFM systems.
- Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and developments.
