Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Contract Manager to join our team at Invictus Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the profitable and operational management of a Pharmaceutical contract, ensuring delivery of business and contract objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute account management plans, operational programmes, and PPM Planners to meet contract requirements.
  2. Lead a cohesive, cost-effective team to deliver contract services, ensuring satisfactory quality levels and timely completion of projects.
  3. Monitor and report on physical and financial progress, using key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client expectations, managing staff to operate to company standards and processes.
  5. Identify training needs and implement CPD to enhance team performance.
  6. Manage appraisals and succession planning for staff, ensuring effective delegation of tasks.
  7. Implement and manage a robust reporting and review process to provide visibility of issues, risks, and performance.
  8. Provide regular reports on contract performance and key issues affecting service delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Sound technical knowledge of facilities and building services.
  2. Demonstrated contract management capability and proactive attitude.
  3. Excellent computer/IT skills and proven knowledge of CAFM systems.
  4. Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and developments.
